About me

I am 59 years old. I was born on rue de Charonne in Paris, the year Nelson Mandela was sentenced to life in prison. In a relationship for over 20 years, I have three beautiful children who I love and who repay me. Entrepreneur, self-taught, I have practiced all professions, life is not a linear path. ​ An advertiser at heart, communications specialist, creative director, I supported the greatest leaders in New York for a decade before founding my communications agency in France. ​ Iconoclast, I refuse dogmas, labels and images because they divide and distance us from what we are. Today a coach specializing in psycho-emotional disorders on existcoach.com, I support you in overcoming everything that keeps you prisoner of itself, namely fears and various conditionings... ​ In 2020, I undertook a sailing trip across the Atlantic with my family to give meaning to an existence that had become routine. It was on this occasion that I discovered writing. It started by keeping a logbook in which I recorded all navigation and weather information daily. It then expanded to accommodate more personal reflections. In the end, what was supposed to be a simple journal was transformed, over the pages, into a path of discovery and inner freedom. ​ I offer readings from my books on key passages, accompanied by personal comments on my intentions, the context etc. as well as a question and answer session at the end of the readings.
